- If unauthorized use is discovered for any reason, we will deprive you of your right to use the product and there will be no returns or refunds.
- In the event of unauthorized usage, we will share the information to all of our partnered ski resorts.
- Unused tickets cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- It cannot be used with other discount tickets.
- The expiration date for the pass at a certain resort shall be within the season open and closing date set by each ski resort.

- Please note that we cannot reissue the pass, even if it is lost, after it has been issued.
- After issuing the lift ticket, please use it according to the rules and regulations of each ski resort
- If lift services are suspended due to stormy weather or other circumstances, refunds will be handled according to the cancel and refund regulations of each ski resort.
- Depending on each ski resort, there may be a need to pay an additional deposit fee, that may or may not be refunded when the lift ticket is returned.
- We do not offer returns or refunds even if the ski resort is closed due to restrictions or pandemics caused by infectious diseases, natural disasters, excessive snowfall or light snow.Thank you for your understanding.
- The ski tickets can only be issued only if the number of hours remaining on the pass is, or over, 2 hours. Tickets cannot be issued if the remaining hour on your pass is, or less than, 1 hour.
- Please be sure to check the remaining hours of your pass before using it.
- In the case that your pass has 1 hour left, purchasing another pass will top up your leftover hours, resulting in an additional 20 valid hours
- Unless it is a highly irregular incident, such as compensation on behalf of the organization, you may not be able to use a pass which has, or has less than 1 hour left.
- Once again please be sure to check the remaining hours of your pass before using the pass.

Regarding of the handling of membership information
In principle, the company shall not disclose information regarding memberships to third parties without the prior consent of members. However, membership information and other customer information can be disclosed without prior consent from the members in the following cases
- Where disclosure is required under laws and regulations
- If deemed necessary by the governing body in order to protect the rights, interests and honor of the company.
- The membership information be managed and shall be in accordance with the privacy policy established by The Organization. The organization shall be able to use the membership information in order to provide services to its members, improve service content, promote service use, and operate the service in a sound and smooth manner.
